My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location could not be better - situated across from a beautiful park in a quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. I enjoyed exploring the town's attractions, which were all within easy reach from here. The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a big hotel but still maintains a warm and friendly personal touch. The staff are kind and helpful and I really liked the old-school charm of the place. I enjoyed the room where opera music could be heard from Terme Tetuccio over the road. It's a stylish pink pastel coloured building with a great swimming pool where you could happily spend all day. The breakfast was very good. Great value for money.
I would have liked the swimming pool cafe bar to be open for drinks/ice-creams. There was no-one on the bar in the room next to reception, but somebody would come from reception if called. A few of the lights needed replacing in the chandeliers and the no-smoking stickers didn't look so good stuck to the pictures! The bathroom was on the small side.

A journey back to the times of Clarke Gable...Very nice. However, due to it's size and decent price it's prone to invite large groups across all generations. The breakfast though is delicious and the staff very helpful.

It was beautifully positioned opposite a park and thermal spa. Slightly out of the hustle of the town, but very convenient to walk to all facilities. It coped very efficiently with the coaches that came and went, and this barely impacted on our stay at all. It was a big imposing old building. Very elegant. Lovely high ceilinged rooms. Extremely clean and well looked after with fresh sheets and towels, and cleaned daily by a very obliging team of cleaners. Waiter service at breakfast - very friendly and helpful. Very few guests visible most of the time. Well placed for trips to florence, pisa and the countryside.
The swimming pool did not have the toilets or bar open most of the time - this simply meant one had to take a few steps to access hotel itself - tho I always felt as if I should get changed to do so as it was quite smart! In our room the furniture was a bit crowded - you couldn't open the wardrobe properly as the bedside table was in the way. The satellite tv only picked up 1 english channel - sky news! These are fairly minor points tho.

Nice, clean, air conditioned hotel with an excellent pool area. Our dog was also welcome. Short walk to the "city".
Breakfast on Sunday morning from 7 to 9 was a bit too early for us.

The pool area was very clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for exploring the area and enjoying local attractions.
The room was a bit small for two people and the air conditioning was not very effective. the noise level from other guests and outside maintenance could be bothersome at times.

The pool was super nice - the temprature and the size. The staff were very welcoming and sweet - but in the reception, the bar and the cleaning personal. The building was very beautiful in the old italian style and it was close to the center and the Terme's.
It was a very nice hotel, but if I should rate the hotel, I would only give it 3 stars. It didn't have that extra thing, that normally follows a 4 star resort. The spa/massage wasn't open, the breakfast was very boring, the pool bar was never open and the costumer wasn't always right. The staff was super sweet - except the manager. We both heard, saw and experienced our selves his lack of respect for the costumers need and expectaions. It also seemed more like a hotel for large groups - which was the case, when we were there. And in that case - it wasnøt always possible to enjoy the peace and relaxation at the pool as we expected.

Traditional and characterful hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff.- Spotless and comfortable rooms.- Sunny pool with a pleasant bar.- Short walk to town and funicular railway.- Lovely colonnaded spa over the road.- Generous buffet breakfast and five-course dinner of typical Italian fare.- Good food and wine list.- Charming and helpful waiting staff
Some noise in the mornings from neighboring properties. Bar lacks atmosphere
